Airline association CEO testifies against proposed facility Airlines for America CEO Nicholas Calio appeared before Congress Wednesday to voice his organization's opposition to a U.S. plan to establish a border pre-clearance facility at the Abu Dhabi International Airport in the United Arab Emirates.
